Women Empowerment Cell

The Women Empowerment cell has been started with the main objective of  empowering  girl students and to enhance understanding of issues related to women. It aims at creating awareness of their rights and duties and importance of social up-liftment in facilitating women’s empowerment through guest lectures, seminars, awareness programmes and other welfare activities etc.

This Cell Focuses to deals with:

1. Prevent and deter the commission of any act of harassment
2. Any problems affecting their studies
3. Protect women’s right to gender equality and provide a favorable environment for work / study
4. Provide a platform for women on the campus to share information and resources and exchange of ideas.
5. Create awareness among the girls and the women staff
